Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA RAR Consultant with strong experience in Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), and a solid grasp of IFRS15 and ASC 606 compliance. The ideal candidate will lead implementations, drive integration with SD and FI modules, and support business teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

Lead SAP S/4HANA RAR implementations end-to-end
Configure Revenue Accounting Items (RAI) as per business rules
Ensure compliance with IFRS15 and ASC 606
Integration & Testing
Integrate RAR with SAP FI and SD modules
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
Troubleshoot data flow and functional issues

Documentation & Support

Provide training to users and stakeholders
Create detailed functional documentation and user manuals
Support post-go-live stabilization

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years SAP experience with 23 RAR implementations
Strong knowledge of RAR, FI/CO, and S/4HANA
Experience with SD Revenue Recognition to RAR Migration
Familiar with SAP Activate methodology and BRF+ framework
Deep understanding of IFRS15 and ASC 606
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
