SAP S/4HANA Migration Lead

**Job Description** As an experienced SAP S/4HANA Migration Lead with 6-9 years of experience, your role will involve spearheading end-to-end migration projects for enterprise-level clients transitioning to the S/4HANA platform. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting complex migrations using tools such as SUM DMO and SWPM, ensuring system stability and performance. Your deep knowledge of HANA database architecture and SAP upgrade processes will be crucial for project success. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration and conversion projects. - Design and implement migration strategies tailored to specific customer requirements. - Utilize tools such as SUM DMO and SWPM for system migrations. - Perform system assessments, upgrades, and landscape transformation activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project status. - Provide Go-Live and post-migration support, including performance optimization and issue resolution. - Develop comprehensive technical documentation for all migration phases. - Mentor and guide junior team members on SAP Basis and migration best practices. - Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot SAP BASIS and HANA-related issues. **Requirements** - 6-9 years of experience in SAP BASIS and migration projects. - Proven experience in at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA migration projects. - Minimum of 4 SAP upgrades executed in a hands-on capacity. - Strong expertise in S/4HANA conversion methodologies and heterogeneous migrations. - Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Database architecture and administration. - Proficient in using SUM DMO, SWPM, and other SAP migration tools. - Experience with SAP Cloud (BTP, HANA Cloud) is a plus. - Familiarity with Solution Manager, Java stack, BODS, and WebDispatcher is an advantage. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Key Skills** - SAP S/4HANA Conversion & Migration - SAP Basis Administration - SAP HANA Database Management - SUM DMO, SWPM, and Upgrade Tools - SAP Cloud (BTP, HANA Cloud - optional) - Performance Tuning & Post-Go-Live Support - Documentation & Process Standardization - Team Mentoring & Technical Leadership - Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis - Stakeholder Communication & Project Reporting In this role, you'll be a transformation leader in high-impact S/4HANA projects, working with a collaborative team that values innovation and learning.
