SAP S/4HANA HR Mini Master Data

Role Overview: As an experienced SAP S/4HANA HR Mini Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, migrating, and maintaining mini master data for HR modules in SAP S/4HANA. Your technical expertise will be crucial in supporting the design, development, and validation of mini master data objects to ensure seamless HR data integration and system performance during the S/4HANA implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in defining and configuring mini master data objects in SAP S/4HANA HR modules, including organizational structures, personnel administration, and time management. - Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for mini master data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity and consistency. - Develop custom data interfaces, BAPIs, and IDocs as needed for mini master data transfer and synchronization. - Perform validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of mini master data post-migration to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Create detailed technical specifications, data mapping documents, and migration strategies. - Provide technical support during cutover, go-live, and post-implementation phases related to mini master data issues. Qualification Required: - Experience working on SAP S/4HANA HR implementation or conversion projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
