Job Description

Implementation & Configuration

Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation across project sites and corporate offices.
Configure relevant modules such as FI/CO, MM, PS, PM, HR, and SD specific to construction business needs.
Develop customized solutions for project costing, material management, subcontractor billing, plant & machinery tracking, and asset management.

Process Mapping & Optimization

Analyze existing construction workflows and map them into SAP HANA.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Integration & Data Migration

Oversee data migration from legacy systems to SAP HANA.
Ensure integration with third-party applications (procurement portals, HRMS, project planning tools).

Training & Support

Conduct training sessions for employees (site teams, accounts, procurement, project managers).
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Projects, HR, Procurement) and external consultants/vendors.
Ensure timely project milestones, budgets, and compliance are met
