What youll be doing Analyse and understand current performance management, goal setting, and talent processes within the organisation. Identify areas for improvement, aligning processes with best practices and organisational objectives. Develop a transition plan to implement new processes, ensuring seamless adoption by end-users Build and drive strong development culture and highly productive teams Ability to do deep dive on technical areas and get the best outcome out of technically challenging situations. Providing expertise to clients regarding the deployment of HR technology solutions, from both a functional, organisational and change perspective Able to gather business requirements by engaging with stakeholders and translating them into technical requirements and configuring the system Assists with partnerships with analytics and engineering teams, and interface with cross functional stakeholders e.g. executives, sales, product, marketing, legal, and customer success teams to fulfil the product backlog using Scrum/ Agile methodologies Working with testing teams to ensure the solution is built as per the design and meets the requirements of the business.
