SAP Retail/MM Test Engineer

We are searching for an experienced SAP Retail MM Testing Professional to become a part of our dynamic team. You should possess a strong expertise in SAP MM (Material Management) and SAP Retail, along with a proven track record in SAP Testing. Your responsibilities will include performing end-to-end testing of SAP Retail MM solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP Retail MM modules. Collaboration with Business Analysts, ABAP Developers, and Functional Consultants to comprehend business requirements and conduct testing accordingly will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will be conducting functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), and managing defects using defect management tools. It is essential to ensure compliance with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Testing Life Cycle best practices. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior testers to help establish a robust SAP Testing framework is another key aspect. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration testing, if applicable, is also expected. The use of test management tools for tracking test execution progress and reporting will be part of your routine. Key Requirements: - 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM - Material Management & SAP Retail. - Strong expertise in SAP Testing methodologies and best practices. - Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation is a plus. - Experience in defect lifecycle management and issue resolution. - Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with test automation frameworks for SAP is desirable. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to mentor, train, and manage testing resources. Preferred Skills: - Experience with HP ALM, JIRA, or other test management tools. - Good understanding of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module is an advantage. - Exposure to SAP Test Automation Tools is beneficial.,
