SAP Release Management Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing SAP release deployment activities and supporting the Solution Manager to maintain the SAP system landscape setup. Your role will involve handling release planning, communication, scope preparation, testing coordination, and ensuring safe migration of changes into the Production environment. Additionally, you will work with various projects and business stakeholders to handle release management activities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Possess good knowledge of SAP technical background, including landscape, environment, and transport orders - Manage release deployment activities, preferably using SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) - Support the Solution Manager to maintain the SAP system landscape setup - Experience with STMS monitoring and return code analysis - Install, maintain, and perform housekeeping of SAP Solution Manager - Understand end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ITIL, and Release Management process - Coordinate testing activities and release deployments across different SAP components - Demonstrate strong decision-making skills for problem identification and solution implementation - Work collaboratively with team members and meet quality and timescale requirements - Operate effectively under pressure and meet agreed deadlines - Possess strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to different audiences Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Technology with 2 to 4 years of experience - Bachelor of Science with 4 to 6 years of experience Company Details: Cigres Technologies Private Limited is a technology consulting and services company dedicated to assisting clients in resolving significant digital challenges and achieving radical digital transformation through various technologies.
