Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled SAP Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and hire top SAP talent. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in recruiting for SAP roles, including consultants, developers, and functional experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with hiring managers to understand SAP hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Manage full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain a database of qualified candidates.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP roles and modules (e.g., SAP FICO, MM, SD).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines.
