Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and hire top SAP talent. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in recruiting for SAP roles, including consultants, developers, and functional experts.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with hiring managers to understand SAP hiring needs.
Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
Manage full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding.
Maintain a database of qualified candidates.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Ensure positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in SAP recruitment.
Strong knowledge of SAP roles and modules (e.g., SAP FICO, MM, SD).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines.
