What will you be doing as a SAP technical recruiter @ delaware India

• You will be playing a vital role in collaboration with your HR colleague for identifying all the hiring needs of the company as well as coach your candidates throughout their candidate journey. You will take the ownership of defining job descriptions, sourcing the candidates, screening their relevance, organizing interactions and collaborate with all stakeholders. In fact, it doesn't even stop there: you'll also be involved in onboarding, employee integration and many more domain HR related matters.

• You will be involved in a broad spectrum of HR-related projects. Our team works in line with agile methodology, so you can launch new and original ideas with minimal risk and staying abreast with recruiting trends and best practices.

• Do you have a master's degree in management or any equivalent qualification and at least 4+ years of experience in SAP recruitment.
• Do you have experience in creating TA reports & Data metrics
