Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP QM (Quality Management) Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP QM processes to help improve product quality and compliance. You will work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions within the SAP S/4HANA or ECC environment. Key Responsibilities: Work on the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP QM module. Handle quality planning, inspection, notifications, and quality control processes. Customize inspection types, sampling procedures, results recording, and usage decisions. Integrate QM with MM (Material Management), PP (Production Planning), and PM (Plant Maintenance) modules. Understand and document business requirements and convert them into system solutions. Work with end-users during testing, training, and go-live support. Identify issues, analyze root causes, and provide timely resolutions. Support audits, compliance checks, and process improvement initiatives. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM module. Good knowledge of quality inspection processes, inspection lot creation, and results recording. Experience in quality notifications, defect handling, and corrective actions. Understanding of integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, PM). Ability to work on custom developments with technical teams (ABAP developers). Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing or supply chain. Good to Have: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Exposure to Fiori apps related to QM. Knowledge of Batch Management, Serial Number Management, and Audit Management in SAP. Experience working in pharmaceutical, automotive, or manufacturing domains.
