As a Manager, you will be expected to have excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in the area of SAP Projects System (PS) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM). This includes good configuration knowledge of PS structures such as WBS, standard structures, user status profiles, and Master Data. In PPM, you should be familiar with portfolio definition, buckets, Initiatives Management, Financial and Capacity Planning, Resource Planning, and SAP PPM integration with SAP applications (PS, FI, HCM, etc). Additionally, you should be proficient in Cost & Revenue planning and budgeting, with proven knowledge on Results Analysis using both Cost-based and Revenue-based methods. The ideal candidate will have 7-11 years of experience in this field. Responsibilities will include period-end processing, Project Settlement, and a good understanding of relevant methodologies, business processes, and standards. You should have a strong understanding of the integration between Project Systems with other modules and possess skills in functional requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, master data setup, end-user support, and documentation. Designing and supporting the development of custom enhancements in PS, PPM, and integration area will be part of your role, along with good exposure to interaction with business users. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential, and a certification in PS/PPM would be advantageous.
