SAP Program Manager Delivery Lead

As a Technical Program Lead at Thoucentric, your role will be to drive the end-to-end development and delivery of SAP-based solutions. Your deep technical expertise in SAP ABAP full-stack development, along with experience leading technical teams and engaging with enterprise clients, will be crucial for the success of the projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead technical program execution for SAP product development initiatives across different workstreams. - Collaborate with product management, architecture, and delivery teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables. - Utilize expertise in SAP ABAP full-stack technologies to guide solution design and technical implementation on SAP Cloud. - Manage client interactions to ensure clarity on requirements, milestone sign-offs, and proactive communication on progress and risks. - Implement agile development and DevOps best practices within the SAP ecosystem. - Coordinate integration with other SAP modules and external systems while ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards. - Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, ensure technical quality assurance, and promote knowledge sharing. - Drive continuous improvement in development processes, automation, and technical excellence. **Qualifications & Skills:** - 10 years of experience in SAP product or custom solution development, with a minimum of 5 years in program or technical leadership. - Strong hands-on background in SAP ABAP full-stack technologies such as Core ABAP, HANA CDS, BOPF, Web Dynpro, UI5, Fiori. - Proven track record of managing large, complex SAP development programs with multiple stakeholders. - Experience in integrating SAP components using modern interface frameworks and tools. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and SAP Cloud (BTP) environments is preferred. **Preferred Background:** - Experience collaborating with global clients or SAP product engineering teams. - SAP certifications or exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation programs. - Prior involvement in SaaS product development within the SAP ecosystem is a plus.
