Job Description

As a highly skilled SAP Pricing and Promotions Consultant at Capgemini, your primary focus will be on leveraging your expertise in SAP PMR (Promotion Management for Retail) and S/4HANA Retail. Your passion for designing, configuring, and implementing pricing and promotion solutions in a retail environment will be instrumental in driving success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include leading and supporting the end-to-end implementation of SAP PMR. This will involve activities such as requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Additionally, you will be tasked with configuring and optimizing Pricing and Promotion functionalities within S/4HANA Retail. Integration of SAP PMR and S/4HANA with third-party applications, such as POS systems and digital marketing platforms, will also be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and integration specialists, will be essential. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide post-implementation support and offer continuous improvement recommendations. Documenting functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in SAP PMR implementation and hands-on experience with S/4HANA Retail, particularly in Pricing and Promotion configuration. Experience in integrating SAP solutions with third-party applications, a solid understanding of retail business processes and promotional strategies, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions are crucial. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will be necessary for effective collaboration with various teams. Preferred qualifications for this role include SAP Certification in Retail or PMR modules, experience with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository), and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
