SAP PP/ QM- Manager

Role Overview: As a proactive and experienced SAP PP/QM Manager, you will be leading client projects by overseeing the implementation and optimization of SAP PP and QM modules. Your strategic role will focus on enhancing manufacturing processes and ensuring quality control across production environments. You will manage a talented team of consultants, collaborate with clients, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and quality management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage SAP PP/QM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. - Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and strategies for implementing SAP PP and QM solutions. - Oversee the configuration and integration of SAP PP/QM with other modules such as MM and SD to streamline operations. - Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support throughout project execution. - Conduct regular project reviews, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Champion continuous improvement initiatives and establish best practices in production planning and quality management processes. Qualification Required: - Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days - A minimum of 9-15 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. - Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects. - Strong understanding of production planning, quality management processes, and industry best practices. - Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC is required. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.,
