Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced SAP PP/QM (Production Planning/Quality Management) Manager to take charge of our client projects. As the SAP PP/QM Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and optimization of SAP PP and QM modules to improve manufacturing processes and ensure quality control in production environments. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of consultants, collaborating closely with clients to understand their business requirements, guiding them through solution design, and ensuring the successful deployment of SAP solutions. Your leadership skills will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives and establishing best practices in production planning and quality management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage SAP PP/QM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within the allocated budget - Work collaboratively with clients to define project scope, objectives, and implementation strategies for SAP PP and QM solutions - Oversee the configuration and integration of SAP PP/QM with other modules (e.g., MM, SD) to streamline operations - Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support throughout project execution - Conduct regular project reviews, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies for successful project outcomes - Champion continuous improvement initiatives and establish best practices in production planning and quality management processes Required Qualifications: - Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days - 9-15 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position - Proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects successfully - Strong understanding of production planning, quality management processes, and industry best practices - Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC is mandatory - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions Join us at Talworx, an emerging recruitment consulting startup, hiring for our client, a leading big 4 firm.
