SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on SAP PP module configuration, implementation, and support.
  
• Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP PP processes.
  
• Handle Production Planning (Discrete, Process, and Repetitive Manufacturing).
  
• Perform master data management Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers.
  
• Configure MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
  
• Provide support for day-to-day SAP PP issues and enhancements.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, QM, WM, FICO) for seamless process integration.
  
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW developments.
  
• Conduct end-user training and support UAT.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in

  SAP PP module

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries)

  and Discrete Manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in

  MRP, Planning Strategies, Capacity Planning

  .
• Integration knowledge with

  MM, SD, QM, WM, FICO

  .
• Experience in

  S/4 HANA

  environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of business processes and best practices in production planning.
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  

Good to Have:

• SAP PP certification.
  
• Exposure to SAP APO/IBP.
  
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging (basic).
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
