As an experienced SAP PLM/PDM consultant with over 6 years of design/implementation/consulting experience, you have a strong focus on Material, BOM, Document, and Change Master modules. Your expertise includes at least 1-2 end-to-end implementation experiences in SAP S/4HANA on-premise, starting from building and deploying pilot templates to rolling out templates across regions. You are well-versed in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and orchestrating development activities aligned with the architecture by closely supervising technical delivery resources. - Collaborating with Customers, Architects, Business Teams, international development teams, and software vendors for IT product delivery. - Adding value to Business Solutions and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Managing all aspects of development in all phases of SDLC to meet project deliverables as per the sprint plan and maintain quality output. - Analyzing the existing template design to enhance features and rollout related to country/region. - Developing technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation concepts. - Providing solution recommendations based on analytical skills on Solution architecture. - Leading troubleshooting and resolution of complex SAP issues. - Demonstrating good business process knowledge and consulting skills. - Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders through excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your technical skills should include expertise in: - SAP Technical areas such as SAP ABAP, OO ABAP, ABAP on HANA, SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, Enhancements, and Interface frameworks. - Programming in S/4 HANA, custom application development using S/4 HANA artifacts, application extensibility, and experience in SAP RAP (ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model). - Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP BRF+ for integration of rules. - Leading application development in S/4 HANA landscape with solution manager (SolMan) process. - Software quality and optimization techniques. - Good understanding of SAP authorization.
