Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation, and supporting the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. Experience in leading cross-functional product development teams. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Experience in designing and developing software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations. Experience in providing technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
