Role & responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Looking for SAP Sales & Distribution Manager, you will be expected to deliver client projects in the implementation, customization, and support of SAP SD S4 HANA and related modules.
  • This role requires consulting skills, business knowledge and SAP solution expertise to enhance the business functionality and overall performance, all the while delivering the highest degree of customer service.
  • The role will require in-depth knowledge of configuring SAP SD in HANA and integrating them with Subsequent modules such as SAP FI, SAP MM, SAP PP
  • Design and develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain, leveraging multiple business requirements and gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations.
  • Coordinate collaboration between the business users, Lead Super Users, Support teams and the Project teams.
  • Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.
  • Lead the Order to Cash Team

Requirement

  • Should possess excellent collaboration and stake holder management skills.
  • Should have exposure to Project Management, Resource allocation, define strategy & approach for project execution
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
  • Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
  • Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
  • Ability to drive workshops, manage client expectations, manage estimations, maintain project risks, issues metrices.
  • Ability to conduct Client interviews and requirement gathering
  • Drive High Level and detailed design discussions
  • Exposure to S/4 Road Map, Best Practices, and Industry knowledge
  • Individual should have min 3 end to end Implementation experience (Scope, Design, Build & Test phases).

Excellent Communication Skills

  • Individual would be required to gather business requirements & prepare TO BE design documents
  • Exposure to areas like TM, Variant Configuration, Subscription Billing is an advantage.
  • Work and Collaborate with technical consultants to design, build and realize Custom developments (RICEFW)
  • Leverage business process knowledge & Propose Simple and Optimal O2C business solutions for Client requirements

Must Have

  • Certification SAP S4 Sales (TS460 /TS462)- 1909 or Higher
  • Minimum 3 End to End S4 HANA Implementation
  • Relevant Experience Range: 11-14 Years
  • S/4HANA Experience: Must have (Version 1809 onwards and upwards) min 2.
  • S/4 Sales Capabilities Implemented: LTMC, CVI and Business partner configuration, Flexible workflow, WRICEF development in S4, Settlement Management (any 4-5 from above)
  • Industry Knowledge: Life Sciences, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Telecom, Logistics (Min 2 from the list).

Experience & Background

  • B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
  • 10-14 Years of SAP SD experience.
