SAP MM Consultant/Manager

As a Lead SAP S/4 advisory consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will play a crucial role in driving sourcing and procurement transformation for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading SAP S/4HANA consulting projects during implementation and rollout in the sourcing and procurement process area. - Managing client relationships, primarily with middle-management, and driving consensus on complex business solutions. - Working closely with business process owners to analyze core business processes, conduct fit-gap analysis, and gather requirements. - Mapping business processes to the SAP framework, identifying customization requirements, and driving process improvements. - Providing recommendations for process improvement and tools utilization. - Preparing documents and presentations as per Capgemini and Customer Standards. - Coordinating and executing all phases of the project, including estimating, component selection, design, and after-implementation support. Qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent communication skills and a consulting mindset. - Strong knowledge and experience in process consulting, business blueprinting, solution design, testing, and deployment for S/4HANA. - Experience working in End-to-End Implementation projects in S/4 HANA. - Familiarity with S/4 HANA specific features, innovations, and solution architecture. - Overview knowledge of integrating other modules such as EWM, Ariba, SD, PP, QM, FI-CO, TM, etc. - Preferable Certification in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement.
