Sap Mm Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements related to materials management and translate them into SAP solutions.
  
• Lead the

  SAP MM module

  configuration, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation & Account Determination, Invoice Verification, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations with SAP SD, WM, PP, and FI modules.
  
• Conduct gap analysis, design blueprints, and lead client workshops.
  
• Handle end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support activities.
  
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
  
• Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, and UAT), and cutover activities.
  
• Provide post-go-live support and training to business users.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP MM module efficiently.
  
• Work with ABAP developers for custom developments.
  
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities within the SAP landscape.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  SAP MM module

  .
• At least

  2 full-cycle SAP MM implementations

  and multiple support/rollout projects.
• Strong configuration knowledge in key MM areas:
  
• Purchasing
  
• Inventory Management
  
• Material Valuation
  
• Vendor Master Management
  
• Pricing Procedures
  
• Automatic Account Determination
  
• Good understanding of

  MM integration with SD, FI/CO, PP, and WM

  modules.
• Strong knowledge of

  procure-to-pay (P2P)

  business process.
• Experience with

  SAP S/4HANA

  is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with

  Service Procurement, Subcontracting, and External Services

  .
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues independently.
  
• Good documentation skills (functional specifications, test scripts, user manuals).
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Client-facing experience with the ability to interact and manage stakeholders effectively.
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with

  SAP Fiori

  apps related to MM.
• Exposure to

  SAP Ariba

  integration or other procurement tools.
• Basic debugging knowledge or understanding of ABAP logic.
  
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum

  teams.
