Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly production plan for export finished goods using SAP (T-Codes MD16 & MD04). Conduct MRP runs at plant level (MD02 & MD01) to generate planned orders and convert them into process orders for production execution. Generate purchase requisitions (PR) for raw materials (RM) and packing materials (PM) after MRP run (MD16 & MD04). Ensure timely availability of RM and PM at locations according to production plan and safety stocks. Update marketing and relevant stakeholders weekly on critical product status.
