Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP CVI (Customer Vendor Integration) Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of CVI processes in S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in SAP CVI, with a strong understanding of Business Partner (BP) concepts, data governance, and master data integration. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP CVI implementation and migration projects in S/4HANA. Manage and execute CVI strategy, including mapping, conversion, and synchronization of customer/vendor master data to Business Partner (BP). Coordinate end-to-end data harmonization between ECC and S/4HANA systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions for CVI. Drive workshops and training sessions on CVI/BP concepts. Ensure consistency in data modeling, mapping, and configuration of BP roles, relationships, and groupings. Identify gaps, propose solutions, and lead the testing and validation of integrated CVI scenarios. Support data migration teams in extracting, cleansing, transforming, and loading master data. Document functional and technical specifications and maintain project deliverables. Work with SAP MDG and other tools to ensure data quality and governance. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1012 years of overall experience in SAP Master Data, with at least 4+ years specifically in SAP CVI and Business Partner. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA CVI architecture, Business Partner setup, and synchronization. Experience in at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation or conversion project with CVI scope. In-depth knowledge of customer/vendor master data processes and structure. Familiarity with data migration tools such as SAP LTMC, LSMW, or SAP Migration Cockpit. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with SAP MDG (optional but preferred). SAP certification in relevant modules is an advantage. Preferred Attributes: Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and quality-focused. Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
