This Position reports to: IS Engagement Manager In this role, you will have the opportunity to own software solution architecture across multiple architecture categories and ensure its alignment with enterprise and data architecture standards. Each day, you will be responsible for the design and build, integrity, and quality of an Information Systems (IS) solution and associated IS services delivered to business. You will also showcase your expertise by consulting, advising, and supporting on the installation of new IS solutions/services, or changing existing IS solutions/services. The work model for the role is #LI #Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in India. You will be mainly accountable for: Acts as Subject Matter Expert in relevant area of responsibility of OTC, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or project new software Deep and hands on knowledge in all areas of OTC domain. Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical IS capabilities and solutions Providing enhancements to all applications, and providing support to all third-party software tools Guides development and analyzes of functional specifications Analyze and decompose complex requirements Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams Building, designing, examining, and implementing well organized and structured IT applications to meet business needs. Qualifications for the role Masters Degree/Certification in information management, computer systems, business engineering and/or relevant work experience and/or Bachelors with 5+ years of working experience including multiple (at least 2) SAP life cycle implementations in the areas of OTC including but not limited to SD / LE / MM / CS / PS-FICO / EDI / Internet Applications and Analytics for OM. Strong architectural experience with Functional leadership experience in ITO/OTC, able to influence, to guide, to coach and to train. Proven demonstrated experience in architectural role. Experience with Fiori UI, S/4 HANA or cloud solutions desired. Good team spirit, able to collaborate within a multicultural team and be able to serve different stakeholders.
