SAP ISU FICA

As an experienced SAP ISU FICA professional, your role will involve providing support, maintenance, and enhancements for SAP ISU FICA modules within Application Management Services (AMS) engagements. You will ensure seamless operations and business continuity for clients in the utilities sector. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing day-to-day support and incident resolution for SAP ISU FICA modules - Performing regular system health checks, monitoring, and proactive maintenance activities - Participating in change management and supporting integration with other SAP ISU components - Collaborating with business users to deliver effective solutions - Preparing and maintaining technical documentation and user guides - Supporting end-to-end testing for system upgrades and new functionalities To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline - 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ISU FICA module - Strong understanding of business processes in the utilities sector - Experience in incident handling, problem management, and service request fulfilment using ITSM tools - Good communication skills and the ability to work independently Desirable attributes include experience with SAP ISU Billing, Device Management, or CRM modules, exposure to S/4HANA or SAP Cloud solutions in the utilities domain, and an understanding of Indian utility regulatory requirements and business practices. Additionally, the ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's success would be beneficial.,
