Location: Pune, Mumbai & Bengaluru

Experience: 12 -15 Years Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic SAP Industry Architect with deep domain expertise in the Automotive Sector to lead solution design and delivery across SAP platforms. This role requires strong technical acumen, industry knowledge, and team leadership capabilities to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement SAP solutions tailored to automotive industry processes (OEMs, suppliers, aftermarket).
Lead architecture for SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT solutions with operational goals.
Manage a team of solution architects and consultants, ensuring delivery excellence.
Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development for automotive clients.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and governance.

Required Skills SAP Industry Architect (Automotive)

SAP Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP EWM, SAP IBP, and SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud.
Automotive Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of automotive processes including OEM operations, supplier collaboration, aftermarket services, and vehicle lifecycle management.
Architecture & Integration: Proficiency in designing scalable, modular SAP architectures and integrating with third-party systems using SAP Integration Suite and API Management.
Cloud & Mobility: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and mobile-enabled SAP solutions.
Project Leadership: Experience leading SAP implementation or transformation projects in the automotive sector.
Team Management: Proven ability to manage and mentor solution architects and consultants.
Communication: Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
Methodologies: Exposure to Agile/SAFe delivery models and architecture governance frameworks.
