Must-Have Skills : - ABAP Workbench development - SAP Customization : Schemas and Rules - Strong OOP / ABAP and software engineering principles - SAP Data Dictionary, Reports, and Forms (SmartForms, SAPScript, Adobe Forms) Should-Have Skills : - SAP HCM Modules : Personnel Administration & Payroll Accounting - SAP Customization : Wage Types - Proficiency in SQL Databases Nice-to-Have (Optional) Skills : - SAP Fiori - NoSQL Databases - Microsoft Azure : Data Factory, Databricks - Scaled Agile methodology - GitLab version control - TDD (Test Driven Development) - DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
