Job Description

Role Overview: At Capgemini Invent, you will lead advisory consulting engagements for supply chain transformation, particularly focusing on SAP IBP consulting assignments. You will manage client relationships, drive consensus on complex business solutions, and work closely with business process owners to analyze core business processes. Your role will involve conducting fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, and identifying customization requirements while preparing documents and presentations as per Capgemini and Customer Standards. Additionally, you will coordinate and execute all phases of the project, manage small teams, and/or work as an individual contributor. Key Responsibilities: - Lead advisory consulting engagements for supply chain transformation - Lead SAP IBP consulting assignments during implementation and rollout projects in supply chain planning - Manage client relationships and drive consensus on complex business solutions - Analyze core business processes, conduct fit-gap analysis, and requirement gathering - Map processes to SAP business process framework, identify customization requirements - Drive process improvements and provide recommendations for improvement of process and tools - Coordinate and execute all project phases including estimating, component selection, design, and after implantation support - Manage small teams and/or work as an individual contributor Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills and consulting mindset - Strong experience in process consulting, business blueprinting, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configurations, testing, and deployment for SAP IBP - Experience in End-to-End Implementation projects in IBP - Familiarity with SAP IBP features and new innovations - Overview knowledge of integrating other modules with IBP (including SD, MM, PP etc.) - Preferable Certification in SAP IBP - Experience working with IBP, Interfaces to SAP and Non-SAP systems - Worked on delivering projects in agile methodology Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse group of 340,000 team members in over 50 countries.
