Your role will involve providing technical support for project delivery and continuous improvement efforts. You will serve as a subject matter expert for SCM Cloud-based solutions, focusing on S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Control Tower, and IBP solution design, customization, testing, and deployment for various client engagements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solutions to address them - Lead end-to-end implementations with a client-facing role - Configure and design solutions to meet client needs - Utilize SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies - Demonstrate expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning processes - Mentor or train others in software configuration management - Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with excellent written and verbal skills - Demonstrate strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills - Work independently, be self-motivated, and maintain a high level of focus - Engage in customer-facing relationships for project and sustain-related functions **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a STEM-related field; Master's Degree is a plus - Strong understanding of SCM and Software Configuration Management - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles EY exists to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
