SAP IBP-Senior

You will be working as a SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant at EY, responsible for successfully delivering business methods leveraging SAP solutions. Your role will involve providing technical support to project delivery and continuous improvement work. As an IBP Consultant, you will be the subject matter expert for SCM Cloud based solutions in the areas of S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Control Tower, and business processes. Your responsibilities will also include IBP solution design, build, customization, testing, and deployment for various client engagements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze business and technical requirements, and develop solutions to address the requirements. - Demonstrate expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operation Planning processes, with at least 1 end-to-end implementation experience in a client-facing role. - Possess strong configuration and design skills. - Utilize SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies effectively. - Demonstrate well-honed SCM skills and an expert understanding of Software Configuration Management. - Work collaboratively as a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Exhibit strong organizational skills and a service-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and highly focused. - Engage effectively in customer-facing relationships for both project and sustain-related functions. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a STEM-related area of study. Master's degree is a plus. - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience. - Demonstrated ability to mentor or train others in the configuration management effort. - Effective communication skills with experience in customer-facing relationships. - Strong understanding of SCM and expertise in configuration management.
