Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives. You will serve as the subject matter expert for SCM Cloud based solutions, focusing on S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Control Tower, and overall IBP solution design, customization, testing, and deployment across various client projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solutions to meet them - Demonstrate expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operation Planning processes - Execute end-to-end implementation projects with a client-facing role - Possess strong configuration and design skills - Utilize SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies effectively - Display advanced SCM skills and a deep understanding of Software Configuration Management - Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exhibit a service-oriented attitude, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills - Work independently, demonstrate self-motivation, and maintain a high level of focus - Engage in effective communication with customers for project and sustain related functions **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field; a Master's Degree is advantageous - Proven experience in analyzing and addressing business and technical requirements - Expertise in IBP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operation Planning processes - Strong configuration and design capabilities - Familiarity with SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies - Advanced SCM skills and a solid understanding of Software Configuration Management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills and a service-oriented attitude - Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and remain highly focused At EY, we are dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for our clients, people, and society.
