SAP IBP Demand Lead

Job Description

Role Responsibilities : - Lead the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementation for demand management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand forecasts with business objectives. - Conduct demand planning meetings to review and adjust forecasts. - Analyze historical data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts. - Utilize SAP IBP tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the demand planning process. - Implement and maintain best practices in demand planning processes. - Design and execute robust demand planning strategies. - Train and mentor junior team members on demand planning practices. - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in forecasting and demand processes. - Manage communication with stakeholders regarding demand plan assumptions and updates. - Facilitate scenario planning to assess the impact of potential business changes. - Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand planning. - Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure balanced inventory levels. - Participate in regular reviews with senior management to report on demand forecasting results. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in demand planning or a related field. - Strong expertise in SAP IBP and demand forecasting processes. - Proven track record of leading demand planning initiatives. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with data analysis tools and techniques. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. - Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset. - Experience in change management processes. - Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Knowledge of supply chain concepts and best practices. - Prior experience in a fast-paced consulting environment is a plus.
