Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Hybris Commerce.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to achieve performance goals.
• Take responsibility for key team decisions.
• Engage with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Provide effective solutions to team-specific and cross-team challenges.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
