SAP HR Technology Consultant

The candidate for the position of SAP HR Technology Consultant in Bangalore should possess mandatory SAP HR ABAP Experience. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E in any specialization for UG and MCA in Computers for PG. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in SAP Maintenance projects with proficiency in tools like Incident management (Service Now), Testing (Quality center/Rational tester), Document sharing (team place/sharepoint), and other productivity tools. - Adherence to SLA and KPI requirements of the project. - Willingness to provide support in CET time zone and work weekends as needed. Skills Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP HR ABAP Consultant. - Strong working knowledge of ABAP objects. - Proficiency in HR ABAP and its integration with SAP and legacy systems. - Knowledge of integration with Fieldglass and SAP. - Proficiency in ABAP Reports, data conversion programs, Integration process. - Good understanding of ALE/IDOCs. This role requires a candidate with a solid background in SAP HR ABAP consulting and a strong technical expertise in related areas.
