SAP HCM Integration Consultant

As a SAP HCM Integration Consultant at VARITE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, you will play a key role in enhancing the client's business functionality by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Strong understanding of integration between different sub-modules in SAP HCM and integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, FI, and other modules. - Designing experience in ABAP enhancements and reports. - Experience in Fiori from the functional side, providing support as well as developing new solutions. - Customizing the respective business area to ensure the system reacts according to the requested use case constraints. - Preparing test scripts for various testing scenarios, including Unit testing, System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, or any client-specific software testing. - Providing Functional Specifications to the Technical team for any customized developments. - Demonstrating clear, articulate, and confident written and verbal communication skills.
