SAP HANA DBA - DevSecOps

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining SAP HANA databases to ensure optimal performance and security within a Global Banking Organization. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to effectively integrate SAP solutions and utilizing ITIL best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment by soliciting feedback and opinions. It is essential to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team. Your mandatory skills should include expertise in SAP HANA, upgradation, troubleshooting, and cluster configuration. Specifically, you must have deep knowledge in managing SAP HANA databases, covering installation, configuration, backup, recovery, performance tuning, and patching. You should also have proven experience in securing HANA environments and implementing performance optimization best practices. Possessing mandatory certification demonstrating up-to-date knowledge and practical implementation skills in SAP HANA is a must. Furthermore, having knowledge in cluster management to set up and maintain clustered environments for ensuring high availability and fault tolerance for SAP systems would be beneficial. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, specifically integrating security into DevOps practices for SAP landscapes, is also considered a nice-to-have skill.
