Job Title:

Job Location:

Strong understanding of SAP HANA system architecture
Experience with Linux OS, HANA installation, administration, and backup (using backint in Hana Studio)
Proficient in starting/stopping HANA DB (Single and Multi-tenant) during maintenance
Experience with Hana 2.0 MDC installation and DB version upgrades (Hana 1.0 to 2.0)
Skilled in HANA monitoring, alert handling, license application, audit log management, and performance tracing
Expertise in user creation and role assignment
Troubleshooting backup, memory, CPU, performance issues, and parameter configuration
Backup recovery and point-in-time recovery for MDC and Non-MDC systems
Handling P1 and P2 incidents with timely resolutions

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage message processing, incident, service, change request, problem management, and root cause analysis
Perform installation, patching, upgrade, monitoring, tuning, backup, restore, and recovery
Ensure system high availability, disaster recovery, and operational optimization
Support process improvements, knowledge transfer, and supervise juniors
Conduct workshops and trainings, plan and execute technical migrations and improvements
Strong analytical skills, IT affinity, and customer-focused solution orientation required

Qualifications:

4 to 6 years SAP HANA administration experience
