The ideal candidate for this role should be certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and have 0 to 3 years of experience in SuccessFactors, with a preference for experience in the Compensation module. A strong understanding of compensation processes and HR business functions is required. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are essential for this role.
