Key Responsibilities : Solution Design & Implementation : Responsible for designing and configuring solutions within SAP GTS 11.0 (preferably including E4H ), ensuring optimal integration with various systems such as ECC environments , OCR Ease , Custom Brokers , and AES . Module Expertise : Focus on Compliance Management , Customs Management , and Risk Management modules. Provide functional expertise for complex integrations and processes. Configuration & Customization : Expert in configuring Pricing Procedures within the Sales and Distribution (SD) module to meet business requirements. This includes experience with third-party sales , intercompany sales , and consignment sales processes. End-to-End SD Process Knowledge : Proficient in Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including key SD concepts like customer and product hierarchy , pricing , partner determination , material determination , availability checks , output types , product allocation , output determination , rebate processing , and more. Sustaining Support : Collaborate directly with customers, vendors, and technical teams to provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SAP GTS, ensuring continuous system performance. Testing & Troubleshooting : Perform unit, integration, and system testing of SAP GTS solutions and troubleshoot issues efficiently, working closely with cross-functional teams. Requirements : Experience : Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP GTS , with deep expertise in Compliance Management , Customs Management , and Risk Management modules. SAP GTS 11.0 & E4H : Proficient in SAP GTS 11.0 , with familiarity in E4H being a desired skill. SD Knowledge : Strong configuration experience in Sales and Distribution (SD) , including pricing procedures , third-party , intercompany , and consignment sales processes . Process Knowledge : Thorough understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) processes and various SD concepts like material determination , availability check , and output determination . Customer & Vendor Interaction : Ability to work directly with customers and vendors to understand business requirements and provide sustainable solutions. Troubleshooting : Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and collaborate with technical teams for resolution. Desired Skills : Familiarity with E4H version of SAP GTS is an added advantage. Cross-functional Collaboration : Proven ability to interact with vendors, customers, and internal technical teams to ensure a smooth flow of SAP GTS processes. Experience in managing integrations with external systems such as OCR Ease , Custom Brokers , and AES .
