We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in HANA implementation to join our dynamic team. As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical knowledge and business acumen to design, implement, and optimize SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) solutions integrated with SAP HANA. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions. - Design and configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders (IO). - Implement SAP HANA solutions for optimized data processing, reporting, and analytics within the SAP FICO environment. - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate stakeholders on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices. - Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP Basis, ABAP development, and functional consultants to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and external systems. - Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FICO and HANA implementations. - Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO and HANA technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the organization's SAP capabilities. - Document business processes, functional specifications, configuration changes, and technical designs as per project requirements. - Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools, and accelerators to streamline SAP FICO implementation and support processes. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. - Experience in SAP FICO implementation with at least full-cycle implementations. - Proficiency in configuring SAP FICO modules and integrating them with SAP HANA. - Hands-on experience with SAP HANA data modeling, optimization techniques, and performance tuning. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and reporting requirements. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. - SAP certification in FICO and/or HANA is a plus. - Experience in S/4HANA Finance (formerly known as SAP Simple Finance) is highly desirable. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
