Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure custom processes for FSM administration, master data replication, and transaction data updates.
• Monitor, analyze, and reprocess failed messages across FSM and S/4HANA systems.
• Support Autoscheduler configurations, business rule executions, and FSM reporting.
• Develop and maintain integration flows (iFlows) in SAP CPI to ensure seamless connectivity between SAP S/4HANA and SAP FSM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and optimize multiple integration touchpoints.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and adhere to best practices for integration development.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Hands-on expertise in integrating SAP S/4HANA backend systems with FSM.
• Good understanding of master data and transactional data flows between S/4 and FSM.
• Experience with iFlow development, error handling, and monitoring in SAP CPI.
• Knowledge of Autoscheduler, business rules, and FSM analytics/reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
