In your role, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and design on the most efficient and compliant methods for Entity Accounting & Close process with SAP S/4HANA. This includes offering expertise in implementing designs in Entity Accounting and Close Process to ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, or other applicable accounting standards. You will lead and support the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Entity Accounting and Closing process, engaging with business stakeholders to design Entity Accounting & Close process. Additionally, you will configure SAP Entity Accounting (SAP S/4HANA Finance) & Closing process to meet specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards. Moreover, you will support the integration of Entity Accounting with other SAP modules and third-party systems, lead business workshops, and train business users on processes using SAP S/4HANA Entity Accounting. To be successful in this role, you should have 8-12 years of proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA Entity Accounting, hands-on experience in sub-modules like SAP FI, and a strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and other financial reporting standards. Experience in designing and implementing SAP Finance in SAP ECC or/and in SAP S/4HANA is preferred, along with prior experience in an advisory or finance capacity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with senior executives and cross-functional teams. As an experienced IT Finance professional with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing SAP FI-GL, FI-AA, SAP RE-FX, and SAP closing processes to ensure seamless business operations. Your role will involve owning the technical aspects of these applications, ensuring system integrity, and acting as the primary point of contact for resolving complex SAP FI issues. Collaboration with other IT finance experts will be a key part of your job, as you will work closely to analyze business and functional requirements, propose solutions for finance processes, and translate business needs into system requirements. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvements within the SAP FI landscape. Your expertise will be crucial in the ongoing ERP Rebuild project, specifically the S/4HANA transformation project, where you will ensure the seamless integration of new systems into daily financial operations. Additionally, you may participate as a project member or Project Manager in various SAP FI projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Data integrity and system security will be paramount in your role, and you will be expected to adhere to Syensqo IT policies and standards, with a particular focus on Cybersecurity compliance and thorough documentation practices.
