Description
As a talented SAP FICO Consultant at Autodesk, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the world-class information technology environment. You will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with an agile team of analysts, addressing real and challenging issues in the Taxes domain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure tax-related changes based on business requirements - Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend, analyze, and assess business requirements, converting them into functional and non-functional specifications - Develop and implement test plans to ensure solutions align with business needs and are suitable for their intended purpose. Validate and present solutions to business partners - Evaluate information from various sources, resolve conflicts, and effectively communicate details to relevant audiences - Analyze existing programs or design logic for new systems, encompassing flowcharting, configuration, testing, and rollouts for business users and customers - Engage with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Team Lead, and Architect to ensure successful project execution - Participate in Agile processes, including estimation, stand-ups, planning, grooming, validation, and retrospectives - Strike a balance between business requirements and technical feasibility, suggesting changes in business processes, development, maintenance, and system standards - Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends, aiding in integrating them into Autodesk's solutions **Qualification Required:** - 5+ years of experience with robust subject matter expertise in SAP FICO/FICA within SAP S/4HANA 1909 and above - Proficiency in SAP modules: SD, CI, MM, FI-CO, FI-CA, and GL - Hands-on experience with SAP ECC & S/4HANA withholding tax functionality - Knowledge of Vertex and SAP ABAP code (preferred) - Exposure to OpenText e-invoicing/tax compliance solutions is advantageous - Ability to create comprehensive End-to-End (E2E) process flow documentation and devise functional & regression test scenarios - Strong defect reporting and debugging skills, collaborating effectively with development teams - Capability to mentor and guide junior team members - Practical experience with agile methodologies - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively,
