Description
As an experienced SAP FICO / S4Hana Integration and Implementation Consultant at Peritus, you will be responsible for leading, designing, and delivering high-quality SAP solutions for enterprise clients. With over 10 years of hands-on SAP experience, your expertise across core FICO modules and integration touchpoints will be invaluable. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support at least four end-to-end SAP implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Architect robust FICO / S4Hana solutions aligned with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with MM, SD, FI, and various third-party interfaces. - Prepare comprehensive Functional Specifications (FS) and Technical Specifications (TS) for interfaces, enhancements, and custom developments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and test integrations, ensuring smooth data flow across modules and external systems. - Demonstrate strong accounting expertise to analyze, validate, realign, and troubleshoot journal entries, ensuring accurate financial postings and compliance. - Work extensively on Asset Accounting, One ReFX, Lease Accounting, and support financial reporting as per IFRS and US GAAP standards. - Engage with business stakeholders, present solution designs, support UAT, and ensure successful project delivery. - Ensure process adherence, best practices, and documentation across all project stages. Required Qualifications & Skills: - 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, S4Hana. - Professional Accounting Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance(Mandatory), ensuring strong financial domain knowledge. - Strong experience in integration, interface design, FS/TS documentation, and cross-module business processes. - Sound knowledge of FI integration with SD/MM and External Applications, financial close processes, asset accounting, real estate modules, and lease accounting. - Expertise in IFRS & US GAAP reporting and compliance. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and correct accounting entries. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to independently architect solutions, present to stakeholders, and lead testing cycles.
