Training & Support : - Train end-users and client stakeholders on SAP ISU billing processes, functionalities, and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered in day-to-day operations related to billing and FICA. - Support the client in cutover activities, data migration, and transition to new billing processes.
