SAP FICO Consultant ( Remote )

SAP FI-Role : FICO Senior Consultant

Relevant Experience: 10+ years

Model: WFH (should be available to travel to office for a short period, whenever needed)

Key Responsibilities

SAP FI (Financial Accounting)

Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA)Manage Bank Accounting, Tax configuration, Financial Statements, and Closing activitiesImplement New GL and Universal Journal (ACDOCA) in S/4HANAEnsure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local statutory requirementsSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes

SAP CO (Controlling)

Configure Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPASupport Margin Analysis (Account-based COPA)Optimize cost allocation cycles, assessments, and settlementsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis

SAP S/4HANA Responsibilities

Participate in S/4HANA implementations, conversions, or rolloutsPerform FI/CO data migration and reconciliationSupport S/4HANA Finance innovations (Universal Journal, Fiori apps)Collaborate with technical teams on integration with MM, SD, PP, and HRAssist in testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and end-user training

Support & Documentation

Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specificationsProvide production support and issue resolutionCreate user manuals and training documentsCoordinate with stakeholders, auditors, and IT teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO modulesExperience with SAP S/4HANA FinanceKnowledge of Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, FioriIntegration knowledge with MM, SD, and PPBasic understanding of SAP ABAP debugging (preferred)
