Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of

    SAP FICO

    solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and provide efficient SAP-based solutions.
  • Configure key components of SAP FICO, including:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Asset Accounting (AA)
    • Controlling (CO) Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders
    • Product Costing & Profitability Analysis
  • Manage

    integration points

    between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HCM).
  • Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
  • Support

    data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT)

    , and

    cutover planning

    .
  • Provide post-implementation support and user training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to FICO processes and configurations.
  • Participate in client workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution reviews.
  • Stay up to date with new functionalities in

    SAP S/4HANA

    and recommend innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years

    of hands-on experience in

    SAP FICO

    module.
  • Experience in at least

    2 full-cycle SAP implementations

    and multiple support/rollout projects.
  • Strong hands-on configuration experience in:
    • Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR, AA)
    • Controlling (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profit Center, COPA)
    • Tax configurations (GST/VAT)
    • Automatic payment program, Dunning, and Integration with Banks
  • Strong knowledge of

    FI-MM, FI-SD, and FI-PP integrations

    .
  • Good understanding of

    business processes in Finance, Controlling, and Accounting

    .
  • Working knowledge of

    SAP S/4HANA

    is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with

    CO-PA

    ,

    Product Costing

    , and

    month-end/year-end closing

    .
  • Proficient in writing functional specifications and collaborating with ABAP developers.
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration and process issues independently.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working directly with clients or international stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of

    SAP Fiori

    applications related to FICO.
  • Exposure to

    Treasury, Cash Management, or Consolidation

  • Basic understanding of

    ABAP debugging

    Agile/Scrum

    environments.
