Role: SAP ISU FICA

Location: Kolkata/Kochi

Experience: 4 to 12 Years

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP ISU FICA professional to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support, maintenance, and enhancements for SAP ISU FICA modules, ensuring seamless operations and business continuity for our clients in the utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and incident resolution for SAP ISU FICA modules within AMS engagements.
• Handle ticket management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for issues related to Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FICA).
• Perform regular system health checks, monitoring, and proactive maintenance activities.
• Participate in change management, implementing minor enhancements, configuration changes, and supporting integration with other SAP ISU components.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions in line with best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues and solutions.
• Support end-to-end testing for system upgrades, patches, and new functionalities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including SAP ISU Billing, Device Management, and CRM to ensure integrated support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ISU FICA module, preferably in AMS or support projects.
• Proficiency in configuration and customisation of SAP ISU FICA processes such as payment processing, dunning, clearing, account determination, and integration with FI.
• Strong understanding of business processes in the utilities sector, especially financial transactions and customer account management.
• Experience in incident handling, problem management, and service request fulfilment using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and deliver solutions within agreed SLAs.
• Relevant SAP certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Desirable Attributes

• Experience with SAP ISU Billing, Device Management, or CRM modules.
• Exposure to S/4HANA or SAP Cloud solutions in the utilities domain.
• Understanding of Indian utility regulatory requirements and business practices.
