SAP Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SAP Executive to join our team. The SAP Executive will be responsible for supporting and maintaining SAP applications, ensuring that all SAP modules are running effectively to meet the business requirements. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation, operation, and enhancement of SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP System Support & Maintenance:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP system issues.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and stability of the SAP systems (including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, etc.).
• Assist in system upgrades and patches to ensure systems are up to date.
• User Support & Training:
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on SAP functionalities.
• Offer ongoing user support to resolve queries related to SAP modules.
• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues reported by users and work to resolve them efficiently.
• Customization & Configuration:
• Assist in the configuration of SAP modules based on business requirements.
• Support in customizing SAP system parameters and settings to align with business processes.
• Data Management & Reporting:
• Assist with data migration, reporting, and extraction tasks within SAP.
• Support the development and generation of reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Finance, HR, Sales, etc.) to understand business needs and align them with SAP functionality.
• Liaise with external SAP vendors and consultants as needed.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
• Participate in the testing of SAP changes or new releases to ensure that all configurations work as expected.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met before implementing changes to the SAP system.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process optimization through SAP automation and enhancement.
• Recommend improvements to the SAP system to improve business efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with SAP systems, preferably in support or executive roles.
• Knowledge of one or more SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, FICO, HCM, etc.).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SAP configuration and customization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with users and teams.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with SAP.
• Certifications (Optional but Preferred):
• SAP Certified Associate or SAP Certified Specialist in relevant modules.
• Any additional SAP training or certifications are a plus.

• Office-based, with occasional remote work options available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,492.02 - ₹36,001.60 per month
