Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), Sales Invoices, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in SAP B1.
Handle Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
Prepare and post journal entries, bank entries, and adjustments in SAP.
Ensure timely processing of payments, collections, and settlements.
Generate and analyze financial and operational reports through SAP B1.
Assist in monthly/quarterly closing and ensure data accuracy in the system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and data consistency.
Support the finance and operations team in day-to-day SAP-related tasks.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience working on SAP Business One (SAP B1).
Knowledge of PO, PI, invoices, journal entries, and bank transactions.
Strong understanding of A/P & A/R processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
